Insurance

We accept most insurance providers and will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will also bill your insurance company and track claims. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company, please call our office during that time period.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility and will be billed accordingly. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of your insurance coverage.
